I placed my first order which totalled £56.95 and scheduled the delivery for today, 19.11.21. This morning I had an email saying the delivery would be delayed until tomorrow because of a problem with their courier. This meant I would not be able to cook the family meal I had planned and would have to go out to a butcher to buy replacement ingredients. I asked about a partial refund to cover this but was told the only refund they could offer was the delivery charge of £5.50.
