I rarely write reviews, but as a wing enthusiast who enjoys them weekly, I feel compelled to share my experience. The wings were extremely overcooked—dry to the point of being inedible, even with sauce. It was a disappointing experience overall. I won't be returning.
I ordered 10 wings to go, but only about half were coated in sauce. I also requested tater tots with a salt and vinegar seasoning, but I could barely taste the vinegar—just salt. This experience is not what I usually expect. Typically, the wings are good, and I can taste the vinegar on the tots. I hope things return to the excellent service I usually enjoy.
Every time I order delivery, something goes wrong. Items are often missing or incorrect, and when I call to resolve it, I'm told to return to the store, which defeats the purpose of delivery. This has been a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend ordering from this location.
I had a terrible experience at a restaurant where we waited to be seated, and when we finally were, we were placed next to a loud group. The server was unfriendly, and I was overcharged for my tip. This place has long waits, rude staff, and now questionable billing practices. I strongly advise against visiting.
We waited a full hour without being attended to, and when we finally did receive service, our orders were wrong. The response to our corrections was dismissive. We asked for drink refills and again faced attitude, waiting an additional half hour for them. I will not be returning.
Visited a location where my grandson ordered 10 boneless wings and fries, while I ordered a salad without Honey BBQ Sauce but with Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. After a long wait, the server brought the wrong dish and had to go back to the kitchen multiple times. My grandson eventually received his chicken but not the fries. I got my salad with the wrong dressing and had to take it to go. I was charged for items we never received. This experience was disappointing and I won't be back.
I ordered a wing special with various flavors, but received only plain wings. The manager was unhelpful and rude, and the customer service was appalling. I've tried ordering from this location multiple times, and they consistently fail to get orders right. I do not recommend this place.
The service was dreadful, taking over two hours for two sandwiches, and the orders were incorrect. The food quality was poor and the prices high. It took forever to get a side salad despite the restaurant being mostly empty. When I tried to address the issue with the manager the next day, she dismissed it as a learning experience and hung up. Corporate offered little assistance. This location is unacceptable.
