No help for the customers. I made a mistake in my shipping address, and the only option was to contact them by email (which I did seconds after the confirmation). There was no way to cancel the order or call them to fix my error, and by the time they responded to my second email, they told me there was nothing they could do. The system is not set up to benefit the customer; otherwise, they would have a way to cancel the order or call. Ultimately, they get their money, and the customers are stuck with no product or money. Had I been able to cancel the order, I would have bought the same product and ensured the shipping address was accurate. I have watched Heidi from the beginning of her YouTube videos to seeing her success now, and I'm proud of her and rooting for her, but this needs to change to benefit both parties, not just the BuffBunny company.
