Probably the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered one minute after launch 3 weeks ago on 24th june (shorts and a sweater), got my order confirmation that said it might take up to 7 days until my order gets shipped. So I waited and waited. Last week I wrote a message to the customer service and asked if everything was okay. Immediately after I received a E-Mail stating my order is shipped - so far so great. Yesterday I received an E-Mail that the sweater got canceled. As I'm living in the EU paying that much for shipping and taxes for one single item doesn't add up, so I messaged the customer service immediately after asking for a full cancelation of my order. Just got a dry reply, stating that's not possible anymore as the order is already sent out. The shipping information I received stays the same since a week, stating they didn't receive the package yet...The fact that I already reached out and the customer service told me that everything is fine and then chancels half of my order with a dry sorry just bothers me. How can it be that the sweater ran out of stock 3 weeks after I placed my order?No coupon code, no further refund, not even a single bit of accommodation and understanding as compensation. Never again.
