We bought a Bugaboo Fox 5 for our first born and have been super happy with the pram. I have been really impressed with Bugaboo customer service. We have had a couple of minor parts break (no impact on the use or safety) on our Bugaboo Fox 5 and after contacting Bugaboo they were swift in both their response support with processing our replacement parts, all covered by the warranty.After emailing customer service, one of their staff got back to me the next day and began the process of my replacement part. They asked for a couple of ‚evidence’ photos and purchase details, but again swiftly responded to my email and were personal and friendly.
