We recently bought the Bugaboo Giraffe despite suffering the same issues caused by the seriously flawed design of the front wheels on our Bugaboo Dragonfly that many other users have commented on. I received an email requesting me to leave a review of the Giraffe, with the promise that we would receive a 10% discount code for our next purchase within 2 days. It has now been almost a week and we have still not received the discount code, which we would like to use to purchase some accessorises for the Giraffe. Every time I speak to someone at Bugaboo they insist it is for someone else to resolve. Meanwhile they were more than happy to post our positive review of the Giraffe on their website. It is just a really poor, disingenuous and insulting way to treat a customer. EDIT - they sent me a discount code that doesn’t work 🤦
