Absolutely dreadful I have had my bugaboo butterfly for a year and last month I complained about it being hard to push and the front wheels getting jammed . Then when I have my little boy asleep in the pram pushing him along a busy main road tbe back wheel comes of and flew across the road leaving me to get my child out the pushchair and dragging the pram out the road . I have been told they will replace the wheel !!! I should have a replacement or a full refund . And to be honest now I would expect a full refund and I will buy elsewhere as I’m worried now it will just happen again.It’s not a cheap pram and I know have nothing to use !!!!! I will not STOP until I have a refund . I was asked to sent videos of the fault it’s totally unreasonable and unrealistic to ask this when my reading all the other reviews I am not the only person this has happened to !!! This could have been a really serious indicent and tbe health and safety will be informed .
