After experiencing issues with my bug a salt 3.0 I contacted the warranty team. As it was bought from a retailer they advised me to contact them. They never engaged or returned any of my messages. You’d have thought the manufacturer that vows such a great warranty would honour a faulty product but nope, just palmed me off. Disappointed indeed
