I ordered my niece a cat for her birthday, everything seemed fine until the charges went away from my account. I was confused and thought they had cancelled the order. Two days later the money came out of my account, which has never happened before. Once the cat finally arrived I noticed it didn't smell like anything when I had paid for a lavender scent disc. I can't feel it anywhere in the cat, but the wrapper was in my box and the scent disc is charged on my invoice. It doesn't smell of anything other than plastic. Needless to say I'm quite disappointed in their online ordering.
