Everytime I go into build a bear the customers seem not that friendly or nice towards the adult customers who come in to make plushies I went in about a week after christmas and the staff seemed like they just wanted you to come in and quickly leave I used to enjoy going to build a bear but now I feel like just wanting to buy their plushies online instead of coming into the store
