The amount of knowledge the staff holds, educational material available to the public, free phone/live chats, etc. It's beyond anything a competitor website offers. The amount of transparency they off with their products is more meaningful and helpful than I would say anything else. They have quality, top notch, organic ingredients, recipes and staff available to help people succeed. I will be using Build-A-Soil as my new go to for anything garden related.
