I ordered my custom kit (over 400 dollars!) in March. I have been so painstakingly patient with the company and each time have been let down. They will go months without updating me, and I have received an email of one draft over a month ago with no follow ups on the edits I want made even when I was reassured making them would be no issue. I have no idea where the project is in the development process, and the customer service and communication is absolutely abhorrent. I want to pursue a refund but also would be happy if they just sent me the kit that I paid for. It was a gift meant for an anniversary in June, the timeline fell within that 6 week window provided but it is, of course, long past that now.I do not recommend this company. They are unreliable, incommunicative, and rude when they actually deign to contact their paying customers. I feel foolish having paid so much for this product that I am not sure I will ever receive. Do not be like me.
