my order (which was may 18th)was not fulfilled. After many attempts to contact the company I finally got a response saying that they had issues and now going to start sending out delivery orders. that was June 3. I have not received any info about delivery.update: it is now July 27th and my kit has just arrived... after being ghosted for 1 month!no response from company... I want my refund but am very concerned that I won't get my money back due to strict refund terms.
