Initially, a start date was agreed upon for our loft conversion, but it was postponed multiple times. After paying a substantial deposit, we encountered complete radio silence. Despite assurances that everything was on track, no one showed up on the new start date, and attempts to reach out were ignored. Eventually, I received conflicting information about future start dates, which only added to our concerns. When I finally requested a refund, I was told it would be processed, but it never was. We are now pursuing legal action. This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional.
