Communication worsened significantly, with no responses to my inquiries despite prior agreements. There are serious flaws in the workmanship, including a noisy loft floor and poor roof finishing. I made payments in good faith, expecting the remaining work to be completed, but that never happened. Due to the project's abandonment and lack of cooperation, I am now taking legal action. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
