I hired this service for a loft conversion, and it was a very disappointing experience. The project was left incomplete, and I am now dealing with unresolved compliance issues and additional costs. Communication deteriorated significantly, with unanswered calls and messages despite previous assurances. The workmanship has serious flaws, including a noisy floor and poor roof work. I paid in good faith, expecting completion, but that did not happen. Due to the abandonment of the project, I am now pursuing legal action. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
