I paid for the annual subscription which was nearly £80.It gives you a card that you can spend up to £30 a day on, if you have that money on your account. This card has not improved my credit rating over the year I've had it.The worst thing is now I want to cancel the card, I cannot get it done. There's no phone number, you send an email, get a stock response from a 'customer service' agent asking for you to send further info, but the return email bounces back. I have tried send all the info they need in one email, but still get the same stock reply. I have cancelled the direct debit to stop the next annual fee going out. But if this bounces it will negatively effect my score, which is the opposite of why I have taken the card out!A disaster of a company, stick with more well known ones!
