Signed up two days ago requested to cancel and get my money back an hour later, nothing has been done the first email from Rhys stated he has started the refund and cancelled it but I think it’s a lie as I’ve spoken to two different people since all stating different things cancel it now no need freeze a card I never bloody received I only requested to cancel an hour later if something is not done asap I be taking this matter further as you obviously do not communicate with each other as a company waste of time
