I had a very disappointing experience with BuildMyCreditScore. Despite requesting to close my account before the subscription renewal date, the company insisted that I pay the full annual fee before they would process my cancellation. This policy feels unfair and exploitative, especially when I no longer have any use for the app.To make matters worse, the app did not deliver on its primary promise: improving my credit score. Despite following their guidance, I saw no meaningful improvement. I feel misled and regret subscribing in the first place. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking to improve their credit score. Its a scam
