This is the total rewards point SCAM. I made this small card- a monthly subscription 7,5£ (cancel any time) , and Vanqes Bank approved me an unwanted credit of 1200 £ the same day. OK I think I make to communicate Vanqes and explain to them I DID NOT ASK FOR CREDIT- suddenly, I was tracing Direct Debit set-up on my main bank account with companies I shop and have a reward point card, I cancel that UNKNOWN direct debit- ends up I cancel connection in between this card and main bank account. Money dont go true. They crashing my score in stead of building it- I contact customer support for help- instead they collected 29£ immediately, they want new direct debit set to collect founds they shall collect on 15th - they wait all way 24.10 whats today's date- they take money owned,I request IMMEDIATE CANCELATION OF THIS scam. There is no way these people understand the word in English. They are threatening me with a Crashing of Credit score because I have committed to their service for a full year. Im repeating- CANCEL- I will discuss with Trans Union and Action Froud-NO- they won't. And they have no contact- no customer support whatsoever- its ROBOT
