All was going well for my one year subscription not until 1 month to end of subscritpion which I sent an email that I want my account closed which they acknowledged. Surprisely on end of contract I was notified I have a pending 75 pounds to pay even after notifying the support team I want my account closed. Took a sharp one to close my direct debit before they could collect 75 pounds yearly renewal. Please kindly stop any pending payment or legal actions as I already notified I want my account closed.
