I can say I am beyond happy that I did so! With the local college I was projected to finish my real estate courses on 11/15/21. I finished this course, that I purchased and started 8/30/21, on 9/21/21. I did the test review and tested 10/05/21. I passed on the first try and had my license issued 10/11/21! I am beyond satisfied with the course material and tests included with the course. Those tests saved my life during the state exam. Definitely worth the price!
