I'm trying to find a way to cancel my Buildy.ai monthly subscription. It clearly states that : "You can update or cancel your subscription at any time." However, in the Payment Settings of the Billing, Upgrades & Payment Section, there is only one tab that reads: "Payment Method - Manage your credit card and billing details". When you click on it, it states: "Billing is managed externally". So I checked my Link.com, Apple Store, Google Play and PayPal. No Buildy.ai subscriptions. These are my ONLY external payment portals. BE CAREFUL signing up with this service. They need to be more "customer friendly" on their website with a link to the mystery "external billing portal" and an easy to reach support desk. I guess i can have my bank to block any future payments or transactions from Buildy.ai
