I ordered a hooded sweatshirt, but it took three weeks to arrive in the wrong color and with poor quality. Despite reaching out multiple times for the correct item or a refund, I haven't heard back. I've sent at least seven emails. I wouldn't recommend this service again; it's been very frustrating.
