Fantastic programs and even better customer service! I rarely leave reviews, but honestly the BWS workout programs are excellent—well-structured and easy to follow. I used to go to F45 before but by using this app, I feel more motivated to workout than ever. What really prompted me to write a review was their customer service. I recently reached out to let them know I was facing an unexpected surgical procedure and wouldn’t be able to use the app for 3 months. Not only were they understanding, but they proactively extended my subscription so I wouldn’t lose out on the money I paid. Wow! 🤩 In a world where it’s hard to cancel things, it was incredibly refreshing to have a company voluntarily pause and extend my plan. A great product backed by a team with integrity. Thank you! 💜
