They rightly advised me to withdraw my appeal but also suggested a lengthy process for my son and husband, which could potentially be avoided through other means not discussed during our paid consultation. I received some guidance but not everything I needed, and I haven’t heard back from the office as promised. I hope this feedback helps improve their services.
