My order was never delivered even though I was at home at the time. The tracking showed “we’ve not been able to deliver” and the parcel was immediately marked as “Stop & Return” the same day.
There was no genuine delivery attempt, which was very frustrating.
Customer service responded quickly and confirmed a full refund has been issued, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the courier handling.
I would suggest reviewing courier performance to avoid similar issues in the future.
