I gave three stars great product and price but am at my wits end with trying to get answers to questions from the customer service email this company provides for their customer service. Shipping time isn't the best but I receive my product in great condition and great product...free shipping means no charges! I have been trying to but a 3rd order in and anywhere that shipping protection is offered is always the customer choice to pay or opt out. I have always opted out from this route shipping protection that is always added on in the shipping section, now bulk peptide supply will not allow me to opt out of this charge! I have emailed and called the only email and number provided and get no reply. This is frustrating and raises red flags. Website says they have customer service but there is not!
