Purchased hat from website which looks impressive then received hat in a plastic envelope not a box so hat was squashed. Hat could be pushed back but creases were still visible. Hat sized wrongly, band wasn’t as deep as photos and bottomLayer of stitches missing. Doesn’t look as good as the website. Sent from UK. However went to return product and they offered first 20% refund, then offered 40% refund. Told I have to return it to China if I want refund then they will decide if refund can be applied. Takes over 30 days to return to China so you will go over the 30 days return policy. Do not use.
