I received the incorrect hat in the incorrect size and mishaped in just a bag.When I requested the correct item or a full refund only offered a partial refund but I could keep the too small and damaged hat. For a full refund I had to return the hat at my own expense.!1 star as complaints department reply promptly. Avoid, Chinese company despite name.
