I wrote two emails requesting additional information. But no replies! Contacted them through their chat facility, and was promised a follow up call. Again, they completely failed. Unfortunately the customer service is completely lacking. I really don't understand why they don't reply to emails or customer queries, or how they believe that this would encourage purchases.EDITTheir response is completely false. I checked all my email folders prior to writing the review. There were no responses to either of my emails. Incidently I have all filters turned off on my emails to ensure I receive them all. My email also asked how you expect to attract new customers? Especially when your quoted delivery times are days later than your competitors. To be honest, it was bad enough you didn't respond, but then to be dishonest about it, really? Just to be clear, UKbullion, which is part of your same group, are inflating prices to give a discount? Then why are they generally priced around the same as yourselves? Please, be clear about your answer, let's be completely transparent.
