AVOID THIS PLACE, RUDE & NOT PROFESSIONAL

What a terrible customer service, very low class! From experience, my advice is not to buy from this place and AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. I was really shocked at the way the WhatsApp customer service agent responded to me when I asked for a delivery update on my order as I didn’t get any information on when it will be dispatched and how can I track it. The rude agent decided to cancel and refund my order against my will and told me very directly ‘don’t buy from us again and all your future orders will be blocked’ (you can find 4 screenshots of the full interaction attached on my Google review). What kind of customer service is this??! This interaction has been very upsetting and such a time waste for me. All customers need to know that this is likely how they will be treated if they decided to buy from this place. If you can’t respond to customers with minimum decency and respect, don't do business. Even after making a complaint, their team took my details and never got back to me.*Update after business reply: The full interaction on whatsapp is attached here (on my Google Review) and none was left out - you can follow the chat minute by minute, stop LYING, people can tell nothing has been deleted and the thread follows through, with time stamps!!! I didn't say anything that I would be ashamed of. I didn't say anything abusive throughout that chat but your agent was rude and took things personally, which is not professional at all. The audacity of you trying to convince people that your agent was polite is laughable but what would I expect from a business that hire such people, supports them and not hold them accountable just so it can look good?! Also, no where in the confirmation email was it included when orders are usually dispatched and trackable. As a customer, I have the right to make an enquiry about my order and you're obliged to answer in a professional manner. And like I care at all about buying from you, there are many places out there I can buy from, nothing special or big deal about you! I even contacted you to close down my account because i don't want you to keep any of my details on your system.
