I purchased a couple of products on Dec. 3rd, 2024 which included protection on my items. I explained to Vance who is a customer service rep via email that I did not receive my package and could have been an issue due to the severe winter storm we had in my area. With there lack of effort in helping me and ignoring me I’m thinking they don’t really care and now I’d like to cancel my other orders I placed with them before shipment as this company is not the one.
