Overall a very positive experience, easy to use website, lots of lovely items to choose from, quick delivery and a seamless returns process. The items are of a high quality, although the collars are bigger than the size chart suggests, we did measure each of our dogs, and bought the size collar the size chart recommended, one was perfect and the other was too big, we exchanged for the next size down (super easy to exchange - thank you) and I would say it is still on the larger size.
