My time as a paying user has been incredibly disappointing. My account was permanently blocked right after phone number verification, without any warning or explanation. The service accused me of violating their Community Guidelines but refused to clarify which specific guideline was breached, what behavior led to this, or provide any evidence. After reviewing their guidelines, I am confident that I did not engage in any prohibited actions. I did not solicit money, automate messages, misrepresent myself, and communicated in a normal manner. Yet, my account was terminated without any due process. As a result of this unexplained block, my paid subscription was canceled, and a refund was denied. All communication with the support team consisted of generic responses that ignored my concerns. This raises serious questions about how the service treats paying customers. Serious accusations without evidence, denying access to a paid service, and a lack of transparency is unacceptable. Paying users should not be treated as disposable or denied basic explanations. If considering a subscription, be aware that your account can be blocked without evidence or clarification, leading to a loss of access to a paid service with no real recourse. Proceed with caution.
