She was very responsive to all of our questions and did a fantastic job tapering and planning the trip to meet our needs.They handled countless details and were readily accessible 24/7 for any hiccups. They very clearly outline every detail for every day with times, directions, ticket confirmations, and the tickets to anything pre-booked.Our trip had several tours booked but plenty of free time to explore, which was a perfect balance. We love exploring, and they have a lot of suggestions for things to do. It can be overwhelming going to a place you have never been to, not knowing where to start. They gave a lot of great recommendations of things to check out, which was really helpful.The hotel selections were extremely well planned out, and positioned giving you access to a lot of the areas that you were visiting the itineraries as far as tours, exhibitions, museums was very well laid out.
