After 1 week, my order has seen three countries by going from Italy to Germany via Belgium (!). The problem is that I live in Austria… the shop says they cannot do anything and are not responsible for anything, either.Well, they could or should change their logistics partner, after all: gls is the worst delivery „service“ available. Probably it‘s also the cheapest, but cheap is not always the best! Should have been a birthday present, but now it‘s turned into nothing. nad that is also what I thank you for so far: Nothing, because that‘s what I got.
