I ordered an item on September 8th, and it was stated that I would receive it within 48 to 72 hours. Today is September 18th and I still haven’t received anything. On top of that, there’s no tracking number to follow the package and communication with the company is very limited. I had already placed an order before and was satisfied, but this time I’m clearly disappointed and frustrated!
