Unfortunately, I can only advise everyone against ordering. Some of the ordered clothes arrived heavily soiled. I then sent everything back. According to DHL, Bunker Depot refused to accept the parcel and it was returned to me. The postage costs amounted to over 30 euros. I contacted Bunker Depot in various ways. I received a reply on Instagram saying only that they knew the DHL postman. They did not respond to any further messages. After sending the parcel again, together with further costs of 16 euros, I was contacted and told that I had returned the parcel too late and that I would therefore not be refunded, only a voucher. I then contacted Bunker Depot again, saying that the fault was not mine and that I had even informed them in advance what had happened. Again, I did not get an answer. So I was forced to redeem the voucher so that I would at least receive some kind of value in return.
