I've been buying from this site for a while now and I can highly recommend it, especially as it offers such a variety of products. What I also like about them is they offer 'seconds', products that are perhaps damaged or have damaged packaging. It's a great way to save, as I always say, the products will be damaged where they're going anyway, especially once my three get their teeth on them.You also have the option of donating to charity when you make a purchase, which I think shows where the heart of the business lies - rabbit welfare, which is commendable.In the interest of fairness and balance, I do have a couple of criticisms: I feel sometimes the prices can be a bit high, when compared to other sites, but often I'll still buy from here anyway, as I like giving my business to the smaller businesses and especially ones that are specific, as I feel alot of the bigger, 'umbrella' pet sites, get their business too easily.Whilst I was impressed with the sturdy box packaging for my first couple of orders, eventually one order was received that appeared to have been kicked, punched, or stepped on. The contents inside were slightly damaged as a result of that, but that was due to the postal system and not the business. I admit, I really like the fact they send their products out in distinctive and reusable packaging. It's a two thumbs up for me on that one.I also used to buy the mystery boxes, which can offer a huge variety of products - sometimes even ones not currently available on site. The first couple were great buys, but then one mystery box order contained absolutely no products my three munchers' had any interest in, so I ended up donating it to the local wild bunny population, who I'm pretty sure would have liked it.Please don't view my review as overly critical, as this has just been my own experience. I think their site is brilliant and the variety is top rate. I highly recommend checking their sales items, as they also sell alot of very important medical items for rabbits too. They also sell rabbit rescue remedy products, so if your rabbits stress at going to the vets or at bonfire night, these can help.In fact it was this site that sold me Best4Bunny magazine in a mystery box, which I have ended up subscribing to and has proved invaluable in information and advice. If you are already, or want to be part of the rabbit community, then Bunnies that Lunch are definitely a good go-to.
