Bunnik is generally a great company to deal with and we love their travel itineraries and smaller groups. Email responses to questions are always answered promptly, and the staff co-operate with each other to give advice and information from first hand experiences where possible.Our only gripe is the 'all inclusive tipping' which sounds like a great idea, but is never 'all inclusive'. The paperwork for our upcoming Jewels of Dalmatia trip specifies that not all tipping is included and give examples (eg: housekeeping, restaurants). As a lot of meals are not included in our tour we asked for suggestions on how much EURO to take for meals and tipping. The response was that 'tipping is included', but that is obviously not the case.
