Everything was great. The initial booking was a breeze, as the Travel Consultant handled our queries and seating changes quickly and efficiently. Our three local Guides (Sahesar, Mia and Merkourios) were as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as you could hope for. When unforeseeable issues arose (illness, a hotel cancelling our booking etc), our guides (and Bunnik back home) responded and adjusted the tour as was needed. Summarizing: very professional, whilst still being very personal.
