My wife and I did the Scotland Orkney tour. The tour was interesting for us and decided to go with it, Bunniks booking was easy and well supported and that was to be expected from a well known and top of the ranking travel/tour company. The hotels we encountered where not as we expected, however Scotland a country with a lot of history and dating back many hundreds of years, so Australian expectations of hotels may be higher to that you will find in Scotland. We’ve had the unfortunate brake down of our tour bus. The ground company looking after the Bunnik tour was not as we expected and the bus company didn’t do the right thing, we were delayed by 12 hours, the tour director wasn’t up to the task to handle to look after the touring party. When Bunniks found out the distressing situation they stepped up and tried to rectify the problems, and immediately offered the travellers compensation for the lost time. We Finnished the tour in Glasgow and with the assistance of Bunniks it was a great tour and thanks to Julie Customer Support it made it a tour like we expected and paid for
