This company is brilliant. They actually read what is written and respond personally, and they do what they promise. I ordered their party pack of flavoured vodkas. I received a couple of free cocktail recipe e-books and I emailed them pointing out where I think they could have done better and they responded really positively.After I received their drinks and myself and a friend group (mostly 50+) tried them all straight and rated them, I emailed them again sharing our opinions and that we didn’t like the drinks and that I’d be happy to send the unused portions back for a refund, they told me to keep the drinks, maybe try them in cocktails instead, but cheerfully and promptly refunded the full purchase price, and since I’d received free shipping, the whole experience didn’t cost me a cent.I wouldn’t hesitate to try their other products.
