I specifically mentioned not to ring the bell or phone as we were sleeping, including the kids in the apartment. They were already 30 minutes late for a 10 pm delivery, and then they called. After we opened the door for the package, they came back and rang the bell, which was extremely loud because they forgot to scan the package. I'm incredibly frustrated. This was the worst delivery experience. If someone requests to leave the package at the door, there’s a reason for it.
