I clearly requested not to ring the bell or phone since we were sleeping, along with the kids in the apartment. The delivery was already late (10 pm) and then they arrived 30 minutes later than expected. After we opened the door to receive the package, they came back and rang the bell, which was incredibly loud because they forgot to scan it. I am extremely frustrated. This was the worst delivery experience. When someone asks to leave the package at the door, there’s a reason for that.
