Very flexible - giving you options to alter the scheduled delivery up to a cut-off point. This cut-off point was clearly outlined in the communications from Burd and an excellent tracking option, so you can get an estimate on when the delivery will take place.
I was happy that deliveries take place after normal work hours, so i could be there to receive the parcel.
