Th ordering process was fine but the delivery was something else. I got no indication that the parcel has been despatched, no indication of the courier being used, and no tracking information. I have a security system that told me when someone entered my property. I saw him look down the side of the house where he could have left the parcel in a safe place, out of sight and in shade but he went to the front door and left it on the doorstep in full view of the road and in direct sunlight. Don't use Burncoose if you want your plants delivered to a safe place.
