I contacted their customer service email address enquiring as to the potential availability of a particular plant listed on their website. It was listed on the website as being available from May 25. I sent them email on 30th April 25. I sent the email specifically to understand whether a more specific range of dates were available - so I could amend my own plans as necessary for planting out an area. I was told that there were not sure of the exact date, depends on growing conditions & it would be best if I added my email against the plant to be notified.One day after my enquiry on the 1st May 25 I received an automated email confirmation that the plant was available to purchase. I think given the plant was clearly ready, or one day away from being ready to purchase - they could have been more proactive and unfortunately, they lost some sales due to their customer service on this occasion.
