I have not received the top and bottom panels for my media cabinet. Day 4 and no response from customer service. Have sent email and text with order number and UPS has confirmed Burrow only delivered 1 box, the top and bottom board should have been in a separate box. My order number is 10187 and my phone number is 509-438-7811. Would appreciate help resolvong. I am moving in one week from this Friday. Also the order was sent to my billing address vs my shipping address which delayed receipt of shipment.
